Skilled Labourer for Custom Renovation Company

We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team at our custom home renovation company. As a skilled labourer, you will play a vital role in bringing our clients' renovation dreams to life. You will work closely with our project managers, carpenters, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Construction Support: Assist in the construction and renovation of residential properties, following blueprints, guidelines, and safety protocols.

2. Material Handling: Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper storage and organization on-site.

3. Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by setting up necessary equipment, erecting temporary structures, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.

4. Demolition Work: Participate in the demolition of existing structures and removal of debris, while adhering to safety regulations and minimizing disruptions.

5. Construction Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople as needed, performing tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.

6. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.

7. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment for yourself and your team members.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with project managers, tradespeople, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years experience in construction or related field, with proficiency in various tools and equipment used in renovations.

2. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

3. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality workmanship and adherence to specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in all assigned tasks.

4. Safety Consciousness: Deep commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, following safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety among team members.

5. Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

6. Time Management: Effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

7. Drivers License: Must have a valid drivers license.
