- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Manage a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Schedule and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, utilizing your strong mechanical knowledge and expertise
- Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks as necessary
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required in a shop environment
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dealership operations is a plus

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week

- auto body repair: 10 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Red Seal license (preferred)
