As a member of our Creative Studio Team, you'll become an integral part of a dynamic, experienced, and energetic team, dedicated to supporting internal clients with a diverse array of presentation needs. Reporting directly to the Manager of Creative Studio, you'll play a key role in fulfilling 3D creative direction needs. **Your Challenge**:

- Model 3D waterpark environments, theme elements, and other creative assets as required
- Collaborate with Creative Designers to develop and refine innovative creative concepts
- Work alongside team members to create dynamic fly-through videos that capture the excitement and design intent of each ride and park
- Develop and manage comprehensive 3D asset libraries
- Support Creative Designers with daily 3D modeling and rendering needs
- Partner with internal teams to support project requirements as needed
- Expand and enhance our rendering capabilities to vividly capture ride experiences using advanced CGI techniques
- Continuously improve processes and efficiencies related to 3D modeling and design

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- Proven experience in developing intricate 3D models and immersive environments
- Degree or Diploma in 3D/Computer Animation, Game-Development, Architectural Technology, or related programs
- 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D modeling and computer-generated imagery (CGI)
- Proficient in Rhino and Lumion; expertise in these tools is essential
- Skilled in the latest AutoCAD software - both 2D & 3D
- Experience with additional 3D software is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is considered an asset
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated individual with high initiative and enthusiasm
- Meticulous attention to detail, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical common sense
- Possesses social skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a personality that naturally attracts and engages colleagues
- Relevant experience in a fast-paced office would be an asset
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work and accomplishments is required
