**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing efficient customer service to customers by assisting them with wine selection and food pairings
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring the store is well stocked and visually appealing to customers
- Performing store opening and closing procedures by securing the store and counting the daily cash sales at the end of the day
- Cleaning the store and polishing glassware on a daily basis

**Knowledge and Skill Qualifications**
- Must have a positive and outgoing attitude, along with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable with public speaking in a clear and friendly manner
- Knowledge and passion for wine and the wine industry
- Ability to build a rapport with customers and promote products
- Bilingual

**Principales responsabilités**
- Fournir un service client efficace aux clients en les aidant dans la sélection des vins et les accords mets-vins
- Maintenir l'inventaire et s'assurer que le magasin est bien approvisionné et visuellement attrayant pour les clients
- Effectuer les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture du magasin en sécurisant le magasin et en comptant les ventes au comptant quotidiennes à la fin de la journée
- Nettoyer le magasin et polir la verrerie au quotidien

**Connaissances et compétences**
- Doit avoir une attitude positive et extravertie, ainsi que de solides compétences en service à la clientèle
- Aisance à parler en public de manière claire et amicale
- Connaissance et passion pour le vin et l'industrie du vin
- Capacité à établir une relation avec les clients et à promouvoir les produits
- Bilingue

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
