**TERAPRO Group** is looking for an _IT technician_ to support the Terapro team (agricultural and heavy machinery dealer).

**Main responsibilities**

Under the responsibility of the IT Director, the IT support technician will be responsible for level 1 and 2 user support as well as ensuring the proper functioning, security and evolution of information technology systems in the company's branches. More specifically the employee will:

- Respond to requests (via ticketing) from employees;
- Configure, support and manage the inventory of equipment (computers, printers, etc.) and networks as well as software for users;
- Perform the necessary analyses to justify the purchase or replacement of computer equipment and prepare bids from our various suppliers;
- Research hardware and software solutions to meet user needs;
- Improve processes and procedures;
- Participate in various special projects as required.

**Profile**
- Holder of a DEP, AEC or DEC in computer science (network option);
- Two (2) years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge of the Office 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive etc.);
- Functional English;
- Experience in the use of C2atom ticketing systems (an asset);
- Knowledge in telephony (an asset);
- Ability to travel to branches (1 to 2 days/week);
- Good ability to manage several files simultaneously;
- Available on call evenings and weekends on rotation.
