**Responsabilités et fonctions des comptes clés**.
- Répondre aux préoccupations, aux besoins et aux demandes des clients
- Planifier et contrôler le budget et les stocks
- Établir ou mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures pour le personnel Planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les opérations quotidiennes.
- Encadrer l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de service
- Veiller à ce que des niveaux élevés de service à la clientèle soient atteints
- Gérer les stocks en passant des commandes précises
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du salon
- Embaucher du personnel, si nécessaire
- Organiser les quarts de travail des employés, en tenant compte des périodes de pointe et de la saisonnalité.
- Veiller au respect des pratiques d'hygiène dans le salon.

**Compétences et qualifications requises.**
- Service à la clientèle : 3 ans (de préférence)
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Une attitude motivante
- Compétences techniques de haut niveau Souplesse et organisation
- Soucieux d'atteindre les objectifs
- Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que responsable de salon ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Bonne connaissance des produits de beauté et des tendances en matière de beauté Excellent sens de l'organisation
- Connaissance de l'informatique
- Capacité à traiter les demandes et les plaintes des clients avec grâce
- Une certification supplémentaire en cosmétologie de beauté est un plus, mais ce n'est pas obligatoire.

**SoinsKarismä Beauty Salon ** We arelooking for a customer-oriented and responsible Salon Manager to support our growing team. Main duties include offering assistance to Salon Owners with administrative tasks, inventory ordering, backend paperwork and supporting our front desk receptionists. Must be friendly, detail-oriented and a quick problem solver.

**Key Account Responsibilities and Functions.**
- Address customers concerns, needs, and inquiries
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Coach team to attain retail and service goals
- Ensure high levels of customer service are met
- Manage inventory by ordering accurately
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Hire staff, as needed
- Organize employees' shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
- Oversee enforced hygiene practices within the salon

**Required Skills and Qualifications.**
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Great communication skills

- Top-notch technical skills
- Flexible and organized
- Driven to achieve goals
- Proven work experience as a Salon Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of beauty products and beauty trends
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer Knowledge

- Additional certification in Beauty Cosmetology is a plus, but it is not require

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
