**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a fully integrated, successful business across all aspects of the value chain. Inspire and challenge a talented team to drive growth. Lead the development of strategic and tactical plans aligned with corporate strategy and overall financial performance of the Canadian Vision Care business.
- Nurture an environment of inclusivity that empowers a diverse team of motivated and high-achieving individuals to thrive. This includes taking charge of recruiting, cultivating, coaching, and overseeing the performance management of direct reports and their teams.
- Direct and evaluate the sale of JJVC products in Canada across the Field Sales and Strategic Accounts teams. In alignment with the North Americas Sales Leadership Team, manage the sales efforts and activities of Canada, ensuring proper levels of service are maintained and driving growth. Maintain and advance Canadas position as incubator of new ideas, innovation, and a destination for pilot global launches.
- Maximize collaboration and synergies across the organization and with the North Americas as well as globally to ensure strong overall integration of brands, sales, marketing, and education efforts.
- Lead the determination of region market potential, annual sales forecasts, and local marketing strategies and business plans aligned to regional strategies and ensuring cross-functional integration.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior management role. 5+ of which are n the Healthcare or MedTech Industry.
- Demonstrated Inclusive leadership skills and the ability to drive Vision and Purpose and develop leaders and teams for high performance and innovation.
- Strong business insight, financial acumen and applies knowledge of the business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to maximize alignment and collaboration with cross-functional partners and global leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to work through adversity, take well-reasoned risks that drive growth, meet financial targets and hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Possess a compliance mindset and experience with ethics policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise in a matrix organization and master complexity.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time is required.

**Preferred**
- Knowledge of Spoken and Written French.
- MBA or equivalent degree
