We are a small and reputable handyman and renovation company seeking a skilled and versatile handyman/woman to join our team. As a handyman, you will play a crucial role in performing a wide range of tasks related to residential and commercial construction, renovations, and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to various projects while utilizing your expertise in multiple trades.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Assist in construction and renovation projects, performing tasks such as framing, flooring installation, tile work, and finishing.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools required for construction and repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
