Chaque apprenti sélectionné dans le cadre de ce programme recevra, au début de son apprentissage, une boîte à outils certifiée MAC qu'il utilisera pendant ses heures d'apprentissage. Une fois que l'apprenti aura terminé son programme de métier et réussi ses examens, il pourra conserver le coffre à outils MAC pour poursuivre sa carrière chez AutoCanada.

**Aperçu du programme d’apprentissage**:
Au cours du programme national d'apprentissage, vous apprendrez:
Niveau 1:

- Formation en ligne des équipementiers d'usine
- Introduction à la peinture et à la formation de préparation de BASF
- Test de soudage de l'acier I-CAR

Niveau 2:

- Formation en ligne pour les équipementiers
- Formation sur la couche de base transparente de BASF
- Formation I-CAR sur le brasage Mig

Niveau 3:

- Formation en personne en usine pour les équipementiers
- Formation BASF sur l'ajustement des couleurs
- Certification I-CAR pour l'aluminium

**Admissibility**:

- Apprentissage de première, deuxième, troisième ou quatrième année de technicien en carrosserie ou en peinture en cours.
- Un permis de conduire valide et une preuve d'un dossier de conduite acceptable sont requis.
