**Main duties and responsibilities include**:

- Answering and redirecting phone calls, at high volumes;
- Provide general information to prospective clients and assist with booking consultations;
- Occasional data entry;
- Any other administrative or clerical tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year experience as a receptionist or in telephone customer service;
- Education or experience in a legal setting a strong asset;
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral;
- High attention to detail;
- High degree of motivation;
- Excellent multitasking skills;
- Strong telephone presence; and
- High level of computer and tech proficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
