Winkler Co-op is hiring a part-time **Gas Bar Supervisor **at the Plum Coulee location.

**Guaranteed 24+ hours per week.**

Daytime and Evening shifts.

Position eligible for health benefits.

**What you’ll do**:
The Gas Bar Supervisor will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer experience standards are met. The Supervisor will perform a variety of duties, including operating a till, merchandising, pumping gas and housekeeping. The Supervisor plays a key role assisting with staff supervision, safety and day-to-day operations.

The Gas Bar Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:

- Are committed to service excellence.
- Enjoy working with a team.
- Can lift up to 40lbs.
- Can stand for extended periods of time and/or extensive walking.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have good numerical skills and ability to handle cash.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Are available for part-time work that includes daytime shifts, evening shift(s) and a bi-weekly rotation of weekends. Willing to work outdoors.
