**Responsibilities**:

- Manage trucking & heavy equipment operations
- Supervise and organize drivers and operators
- Coordinate drivers schedules with project needs
- Rent out trucks and equipment when needed
- Stay connected with drivers throughout the day assigning tasks as needed and preparing schedule for the next day
- Conduct daily GPS monitoring and reporting
- Organize daily records and billing sheets
- Have basic understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel programs and be able to maintain the existing tracking programs

**Skills**:

- Experience in fleet management and dispatch environment would be considered an asset
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving

**Salary**: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week

- dispatch: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
