The Patch Brewery Inc. is a family-owned brewery located in Maple Ridge, set to open in summer 2024. We are dedicated to producing high-quality craft beer, gourmet pizzas, crafted lattes and providing a welcoming space for the community. Our brewery offers a unique experience, with an on-site barley field and gardens that supply fresh ingredients for our beers and food items. **Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers, taking orders and preparing beverages in a timely manner
- Coffee barista duties
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tables, counters, and serving areas
- Collaborating with the kitchen and taproom staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Providing detailed information about our beers, pizzas, and coffees to customers
- Upholding our high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety
- Opening and closing duties
- Maintaining an organized and cleanly front of house

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience
- Previous restaurant/ brewery experience is an asset but not required
- Previous barista experience is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 19 years old and eligible to work in Canada
- Serving It Right certification

Hiring Timeline:
