**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses and contact lenses that best suit their needs and preferences.
- Maintain an organized display of optical products, ensuring all merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Process orders for eyewear, including verifying prescriptions and managing inventory levels.
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage, as well as the importance of regular eye exams.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively when discussing prescriptions and eye health with patients.
- Handle sales transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing returns or exchanges.
- Assist administrative staff with scheduling, pre test and answering phones.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail management or optical sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes related to eyewear production is a plus.
