If you are an *Inventory & Logistics Supervisor* and want to showcase your talent and be a team player within the Basin organization with room for growth, *we are looking for you* Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the company's inventory in order to ensure that materials, products, and supplies are properly accounted for, stored, and distributed. This role also includes managing and coordinating the daily operations of the company's logistics department, including managing the distribution of goods, ensuring efficient customer service, and overseeing all shipping processes. *Additional Requirements:*

- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provides daily direction and support for the Inventory Control Team. *Responsibilities:*
- Oversee and coordinate all domestic and international shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
- Inspect and count items that are received, ensuring accuracy.
- Record shipped and received goods in Company ERP program (Epicor).
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Fill out forms for damaged and returned items and route them correctly.
- Call customers and carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery.
- Process and store customer supplied product and goods.
- Maintain safe working conditions and keep related areas clean.
- Supervise loading of trucks. *Qualifications and Educational Requirements:*
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping, receiving and distribution processes and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (ERP experience, especially Epicor Software would be an asset).
