about this team

The Supply Planning team is based at the Lululemon SSC in Vancouver. The team is responsible for the seasonal planning of Lululemon's production requirements while collaborating with cross functional partners to understand demand and work with vendors to mitigate capacity risk.

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Manage seasonal style allocations in collaboration with sourcing Pods, communicate forecasts to vendors and secure capacity to meet the business requirements
- Communicate with planning and merchandising teams to understand forecast variances and provide opportunities and recommendations to mitigate capacity risks by working with vendors
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to manage core replenishment and speed to market initiatives with vendors
- Manage multi-sourcing strategy to mitigate risks and ensure supply continuity.

qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Well adept in Excel - 3-5 years' experience working in apparel sourcing, supply planning
- Understanding of the apparel supply chain and experience of working with off-shore manufacturing
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a variety of cross functional partners
