**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As an Analyst, Partner Planning you will be an integral part of the Partner Team - along with members of our Partner Strategy and Partner Marketing groups. With your strong technical and analytical skills, business acumen and ability to build strong working relationships, you will be supporting the team with forecasting, tracking and reporting on the financial performance of all of our Partners. You will also be working on several initiatives, including (but not limited to) automation, artificial intelligence, development and maintenance of KPIs and scorecards.
Reporting to the Vice President, Partner Planning, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Tracking the performance of our in-market promotions, ensuring our dashboards are always complete and accurate
- Ensuring our models are always up to date by - among other things - bringing in actual results on a daily basis
- Performing weekly updates to the Points Business Unit Scorecard
- Organizing and formatting our collective data and intelligence so we can create efficiencies and scale
- Managing the creation and deployment of promotions rates sheets
- Performing the full range of Partner Planning activities for Partners you might be assigned to - weekly forecasting, tracking performance and explaining variances, updating slides, presenting at internal meetings
- Maintaining the Commercial Team Portal up to date and relevant with suggestions for improvement
- Providing support and assistance for key projects and initiatives within the Partner Planning team
**YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH**:
- Undergraduate degree with a specialization in Business and/or Accounting.
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Advanced MS Excel (or Google Sheets) skills
- Strong organization skills, excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to drive multiple priorities in a complex business environment
