**Do you have what it takes?**
- _Minimum of 3 years of experience in tapered insulation estimating._
- _Experience with Taper-plus and AutoCAD software._
- _Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment._
- _Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills._
- _Must be rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to manage several projects at the same time._
- _Must be agile and known for outstanding organizational skills._
- _Climb ladders and measure sites as required._
- _Fluent in English._
- _French is an asset._

**What will be your role?**
- _Act as an ambassador and representative of Millennium and all its entities with the various stakeholders at Groupe Superteck and maintain a quality service in compliance with the company's standards;_
- _Use Taper-plus and AutoCAD to produce detailed layouts for accurate and cost-effective estimates._
- _Work collaboratively with the sales team to analyze blueprints and other documentation to assemble accurate estimates and proposals._
- _Ensure that all estimates meet the requirements of the material specified or an equivalent._
- _Generate estimates for roofing projects._
- _Adhere to contractual terms and conditions on various aspects of commercial building projects._
- _Manage the material costing database and provide clear and detailed material quantity take-offs._
- _Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products._
- _Prepare shop drawings related to the project for architectural and customer approvals._
- _Consult and communicate with project managers and clients involved at all levels of a project regarding changes, addendums, etc._
- _Make any necessary adjustments to outstanding quotations as price increases or changes to products that have been quoted are announced._
- _Support the sales team with take off on project sites._
