**Tu es la personne qu’il nous faut si**:

- Tu as déjà de l’expérience dans le domaine de la vente;
- Tu aimes les vêtements qui célèbrent la féminité sous toutes ses formes comme la lingerie, les vêtements de nuit et les maillots de bain;
- Tu es à l’écoute des besoins de la clientèle pour lui offrir une expérience de magasinage qui surpasse ses attentes;
- Tu es proactif.ve et tu fais preuve de tact;
- Tu es prêt.e à travailler pendant les jours fériés et au-delà du plafond d’heures prévues pendant les périodes achalandées (selon tes disponibilités);

Ce à quoi pourraient ressembler tes journées

Sous la supervision de l’équipe de gestion de la boutique, tu devras aider et conseiller la clientèle, tout en maximisant le potentiel de vente. Voici comment:

- Accueillir chaque client.e qui entre en boutique avec ton plus beau sourire;
- Répondre à ses questions et l’aider à trouver les morceaux parfaits. Comment? En parlant des caractéristiques techniques, de la qualité et des matériaux des produits, sans oublier de suggérer des articles complémentaires;
- Être disponible lorsque les client.e.s sont en cabine d’essayage;
- Atteindre et dépasser tes objectifs de vente personnels (nos formations t’aideront à y arriver);
- Préparer, identifier et placer la marchandise sur le plancher de vente pour offrir une expérience de magasinage mémorable;
- T’assurer que tout est propre et bien rangé dans la boutique et l’arrière-boutique;
- Être à l’affut de nos nouveautés et de leurs caractéristiques pour pouvoir partager tes coups de cœur avec la clientèle;
- Accompagner les client.e.s à la caisse et traiter leurs transactions;
- Respecter et appliquer les politiques et procédures des différents services du siège social (on va tout t’expliquer);
- Accomplir d’autres tâches connexes pour aider ton équipe, au besoin.
