Description du cours** : Droit de la technologie sur la régulation des algorithmes d'IA. Comment l'innovation technologique produit un changement social : mesurabilité humaine, interaction homme-robot, inégalité, discrimination, surveillance, responsabilité et évaluations d'impact.

Exigences de qualification pour l'enseignement:
Au minimum, un premier diplôme en droit. Plusieurs années de pratique ou d'expérience professionnelle significative dans le domaine pertinent; Expérience dans l'enseignement des étudiants en droit de premier cycle dans un environnement bilingue.

L'université peut, à sa discrétion, désigner la personne de son choix pour donner ce cours/enseignement.
