**POSTE TEMPORAIRE DE 18 MOIS **

Le coordonnateur planification de production est responsable de s’assurer que les objectifs de taux de services soient atteints tout en optimisant les niveaux de stocks. Les principales responsabilités comprendront la planification de la production, le suivi des niveaux de projections de stocks, la mise à jour de l'ensemble des paramètres et des besoins capacitaires à court et moyen termes.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Établir et maintenir un plan d'approvisionnement à court et moyen terme (jusqu'à 18 mois), y compris l'état des stocks et l'utilisation des capacités ;
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de gestion de la demande et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les usines pour atteindre les objectifs fixés ;
- Résoudre les problèmes quotidiens causés par les fluctuations des prévisions de vente et de l'approvisionnement afin d'assurer le niveau de service requis pour les clients ;
- Gérer l'attribution des volumes promotionnels en fonction des capacités de production disponibles des usines afin de répondre à la demande dans les délais tout en optimisant les coûts;
- Coordonner et suivre les actions correctives et d'amélioration nécessaires pour atteindre nos normes et objectifs ;
- Gérer les stocks et les actions afin de garantir des niveaux de stock sains tout en atténuant les ruptures de stock ainsi que les éliminations dues à des stocks vieillis ou à des abandons ;
- Optimiser les coûts de fabrication, de soutien et d'efficacité liés aux processus S&OP de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ;
- Contribuer au développement et à l'amélioration des activités liées à la planification de l'approvisionnement dans le cadre du processus IBP (Integrated Business Planning) ;
- Assurer une bonne communication avec les autres fonctions afin d'atteindre les niveaux de service souhaités ;
- Participer à divers projets d'amélioration continue.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe **'‹**:

- Titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'un diplôme équivalent. De préférence avec une spécialisation en chaîne d'approvisionnement/logistique/opérations.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la planification de la demande et de l'offre
- Expérience des systèmes de planification intégrée dans un environnement ERP
- Grande autonomie et qualité de jugement reconnue ;
- Maîtrise avancée des outils informatiques tels qu'Excel et Power BI ou équivalent ;
- Esprit d'analyse, capacité à résoudre des problèmes, dynamisme et excellentes aptitudes à la communication ;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer les priorités.
