At Vicwest we are "Building for Tomorrow", We are currently looking for an **Inside Sales Coordinator** to join our **Saskatoon **office.

As a key member of the inside sales team at the Burlington branch, you will be required to coordinate and process sales orders, provide technical knowledge and detailed product specifications to meet customer needs. This position will focus on supporting the Light Gage (LG) division.
The inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) will bring a passion for customer service with a mind toward top and bottom-line growth. The ISC will have a high frequency of contact LG Customers and will drive account growth through exceptional customer service.
The Inside Sales Coordinator reports directly to the Inside Sales Supervisor.
**Key Accountabilities**:
2. **Sales Growth: As part of the Sales team, **driving sales growth byeducating, offering, upselling additional Vicwest products to customers for their orders.
3. **Order Processing & Coordination**:Maintaining ongoing contact with customers as orders are processed, produced and shipped to the correct destination, on time and in-spec. Working with all internal stakeholders to ensure there are no delays in the sales process.
4. **Support Territory Managers**:Provide ongoing support to Territory Managers / Outside Sales Reps in maintaining SalesForce (CRM) Projects, Opportunities and Contacts.
**SKILL, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Administration, Construction Engineering technology or related field.
- Good understanding of the Construction or Manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and attention to details.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple requests and orders, and delivery timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically
- Curious, solutions-based mindset
- Developing trust relationships with customers by providing efficient and pro-active inside sales support.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals both externally and internally
- Strong business acumen
- Computer proficiency in MS Office.
