Job Overview:
We are a small business - boutique optical in downtown Toronto, and we are looking for someone to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Sell products by explaining features, demonstrating use, and providing information on warranties and promotions
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer phone inquiries with proper etiquette
- Assist in inventory management and restocking

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of technical sales/optical sales/high end sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage inventory and sales records

We are open Monday to Friday and closed all STAT holidays. The hours are 10am-5:30pm and you would be expected to work all opening hours, every week.

Pay based on experience.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
