The Reservationist is responsible for managing reservations and ensuring that customers have an exceptional dining experience at the supper club. The Reservationist must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of reservation information, including date, time, party size, and special requests

Answer customer inquiries about menu items, restaurant policies, and special events

Assist with seating arrangements and table management to ensure maximum occupancy and customer satisfaction

Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service and timely food delivery

Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:
