You should possess a willingness to learn about the person to help guide them towards potential role and life skill development. Good communication is key. You will follow the lead and direction of the family, but also work closely with the person to work out potential weekly schedules.

**Key Requirements**:

- Valid **G driver’s license** and have own vehicle for transportation to and from activities
- Completion and submission of **Vulnerable Sector Police Check**

Hours are currently flexible and may change depending on attendance to scheduled activities.

**This is a self-employed Independent Support Worker position. This position works directly with a family and all scheduling and training is family lead**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
