**Position Overview - Shipper & Receiver (Lift driver)**

Netpak Packaging is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the **Shipper and Receiver.** In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shipping and receiving department, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products both into and out of our facility. The Shipper and Receiver will play a critical role in optimizing logistics processes, organizing and tracking raw material levels and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure seamless material and product flow.
- Oversee the inspection and verification of incoming materials and outgoing products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to schedule pickups, deliveries, and shipments when needed.
- Utilize inventory management systems and tools to record material and product movements, update inventory, and generate reports.
- Address shipping and receiving discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, safety protocols, and documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the shipping and receiving processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports, metrics, and improvement recommendations to management.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the shipping and receiving team.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory management, with demonstrated leadership skills, ideally in the packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory management processes, and quality control.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in logistics operations.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership skills
