Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge to accurately assess customer needs
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in sales and upselling techniques
- Nice-to-have: Background as a mechanic
