We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Cooks to join our culinary team. As a Cook at Promenade Brasserie, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes that showcase the flavors of French and Indigenous cuisines. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for culinary arts will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and execute dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, food storage, and ordering supplies.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience in a restaurant or culinary environment.
- Experience in French or Indigenous cuisine is considered an asset.
- A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.

**Compensation**:
The hourly rate for this position is dependent on your experience level and expertise. In addition to the hourly wage, we offer a weekly tip-out based on restaurant performance.

**Salary**: $14.15-$20.00 per hour
