Heavy Housekeeping Attendant

We are currently looking for a heavy duty housekeeping attendant to be part of our dynamic team

Schedule: Friday and Saturday night (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.). Monday and Tuesday evening.

**Salary**: $19.75, plus evening bonus.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate superior or pertaining to their duties

**Construction**:

- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintain the garden
- Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
- Maintenance and cleaning of the ground and the swimming pool
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Taking out the trash

**Food Services**:

- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
