**Position: Project Manager**

TDI Land Restoration is a leading construction company based in Ontario, specializing in Land Restoration, Excavation Services, Golf Course Construction, Trail Building, and Boardwalk Installation.
TDI Land Restoration focuses on quality, safety, and sustainability. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional projects that exceed client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Implement project schedule, and budget.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify and address issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Prepare and present project reports as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or post-secondary in construction management, engineering, or related field is an asset.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- 5+years of construction experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff.
- Resilient problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation **is a must**.

**Full-time position days may include weekends, and overtime as needed.**

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary based on experience between $65,000 and $75,000 annually.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
