The DRIVING FORCE Inc. is currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Digital Travel Administrator in our Edmonton location. The Digital Travel Administrator will oversee a portfolio of corporate and travel related business including the company’s digital rental vehicle distribution through systems like the Global Distribution System (GDS) and our web site booking engine. Providing analysis to expand its function, development, and profitability for rental operations.

**Responsibilities include**:
GDS Administration & Customer Service
- Maintain and update the GDS portal to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on rental offerings
- Monitor system performance and trouble shoot issues to ensure smooth operations
- Liaise with internal teams, including sales, business development, marketing, and customer service, to align GDS strategies with overall business objectives
- Work with customers to ensure rates are showing up correctly
- Work closely with our partner group to achieve high market share and rate management
- Assist in building policies, procedures and best practices around digital rental distribution
- Grow other corporate related travel
- Handling customer requests and questions as required

Contract Administration
- Negotiate and establish agreements with tour operators to promote our rental services.
- Administer contracts, ensuring compliance and fostering positive partnerships.

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze GDS performance metrics and markets trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Compile reports from GDS portal including but not limited to reservations and utilization

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Travel Agent certificate or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in GDS management within the travel or rental industry
- Valid Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract acceptable to TDF Group’s Driver and Vehicle Safety Program (in order to drive company vehicles)
- Due to fiduciary responsibility, pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is required
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Strong problem solving and organization skills
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task on various projects at a time
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
