Computer Technician

_**Responsibilities**:_

**Diagnosis and Repair**:Perform hardware and software diagnostics on Apple and Dell laptops. Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

**Technical Support**:Provide technical assistance to end-users both in person and remotely.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.

**Customer Service**:Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their technical concerns. Provide clear explanations and instructions on issue resolution.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and equipment inventory. Document troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- **Qualifications**:_

Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing Apple and Dell laptops.

Knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems.

Familiarity with basic computer/laptop hardware components.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Surrey, BC V3W 2V3 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
