**What you will do**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Automation Components Division as we are actively recruiting for **Inside Sales** responsible for accurate and timely processing of quotes, sales orders, while providing effective customer service. This position reports to the **Inside Sales Manager**.

**What we’re looking for**
- Day to day management of processing all quotes and orders of assigned customers
- Complete request for quotation and verification of customer orders
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with current and new customers
- Prepare sales account analysis, stocking reviews, and document changes in customer buying patterns
- Manage Inventory Collaboration Program (ICP), Customer Management Systems
- Collaborate with assigned outside Account Managers to ensure shared customer satisfaction levels are high and maintained.
- Interface with CRM system to ensure critical customer information is captured

**What you need to succeed**
- Inside sales experience an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs an asset
- Strong interpersonal and behavioral management skills
- Ability to work well under deadline pressures
- Proven written and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and contribute in a Team environment
- Epicor ERP System experience an asset
