**Available Position: Utility Worker**

MacKay’s Truck & Trailer Center is growing, and we are currently seeking a permanent full-time Utility Worker to join our team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. MacKay’s is a well-established family-owned business with over 40 years experience operating full-line Truck, Trailer & Compact Equipment dealerships, with locations in Truro & Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island as well as Moncton, New Brunswick. We offer a fast paced, professional safe environment. MacKay’s provides employees with the most up to date manufacturers’ training and holds safety to the highest standards.

MacKay's offers an hourly wage of **$20**, with a comprehensive compensation package that includes medical, dental, vision, and extended health benefits, company pension (matched), three weeks vacation to start, and a boot allowance.

As a Utility Worker you will work collaboratively with both the Parts and Service Departments to balance customer needs and company demands in a deadline driven environment. The ability to multi-task is a must. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Cleaning assigned areas inside and outside of the property.
- Performing basic landscaping duties.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Assisting technicians by directly helping with repair
- and maintenance-related tasks.
- Other duties as required.

Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license.
