**Overview**

TDS is currently seeking an Immigration Paralegal. This position will support the efforts of the immigration lawyers at the firm, assisting with the completion of various key responsibilities:

- Conducting research to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents are being used.
- Checking for updates on processing requirements and timelines at the appropriate government organizations.
- Notifying upcoming extensions, and changes in processes or procedures.
- Completing all tasks assigned by the lawyers, both administrative and managerial.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant legal assistant/paralegal certification preferred, combined with work experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail is critical.
- Experience working in a high-volume environment.
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Adobe, PdfDocs).
- Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency.
