Oakville, Canada Wallflower Bakery at Tribeca Coffee Co. Full time

Wallflower Bakery is looking to fill a Baker position (25-35 hrs/week) to help in the everyday production of our doughnuts, cookies, scones, and muffins.
This position is great for people who have graduated or are currently enrolled in Baking and Pastry Arts Management Program looking to learn and develop their skills.
Must have some weekend availability

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, weigh and portion batters and doughs.
- Baking product in convection oven and deep fryer
- Packing Orders.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all bakeware, equipment, work areas, and containers.
- Maintaining clean production area.

Skills & Requirements:

- Ability to follow instructions and set procedures.
- Ability to perform simple math and basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position (standing and walking for extended periods of time, lifting heavy boxes, bins, and bags, bending etc).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to move quickly and work efficiently.
- Must love to bake

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 35 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
