**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot problems with various computer systems.
- Integrate new computer hardware and software.
- Install, maintain and configure laptops, desktops, and servers.
- Proactively monitor computer systems for potential problems.
- Install and keep up with system upgrades.
- Utilize specialized computer tools to assist in diagnosing problems.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain technical information.
- Answering the telephone in a professional, clear and courteous manner
- Assisting clients with technological needs both remotely and on-site at client location
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- VoIP Phones

Expectations:

- Given that we travel to our clients, you must have a reliable car with a valid Ontario G-Class Drivers License and clean driving record
- You must have a smartphone with data plan
- Work both independently and as a team
- Be a self starter and problem solver who functions well in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
