**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking multilingual caregivers and support workers who are fluent in Russian. As a vetted Alto caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and assistance to individuals in our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive care to clients in their homes or care facilities.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Build strong rapport with clients and their families to create a supportive and trusting environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and families in Russian.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a caregiver or support worker preferred.
- Fluent in Russian with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
