Assistant Manager (Voir plus bas pour la version française)

StorageMart is currently seeking an energetic and proactive assistant site manager with sales experience, people skills, positive attitude, and willingness to have the chance for great earnings through base pay + commission

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their storage needs
- Assist reservation and walk-in customers in renting storage units (no cold calling)
- Sell merchandise, moving and packaging supplies
- Ensure the property is customer ready -- making the property appearance safe and welcoming
- Manage, verify, balance cash drawer and prepare deposits

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service or casual dining
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work outside, clean units and maintain grounds
- Valid driver's license and vehicle/insurance required (mileage paid)
- Reliable transportation to, from and during work
- Basic computer skills and physical ability to do the job (lifting up to 50 pounds, move, ascend/descend, work atop, traverse around the property, etc.).

Assistant gérant
Le mini-entreposage est l’un des secteurs les plus dynamiques du secteur de la vente au détail.
StorageMart est l’un des plus importants fournisseurs indépendants de libre-entreposage pour les entreprises et les particuliers au Canada, aux États-Unis et au Royaume-Uni.
StorageMart est actuellement à la recherche d’un assistant gérant de magasin dynamique pour joindre notre équipe.

**Responsabilités**:

- Fournir un service client exceptionnel en aidant les clients avec leurs besoins en matière d’entreposage.
- Assister les clients pour la réservation et la location d'unités d’entreposage (pas d'appels à froid).
- Vendre des marchandises, des fournitures de déménagement et d'emballage.
- S'assurer que la propriété est prête pour les clients, en veillant à ce que l'apparence de la propriété soit sécuritaire et accueillante.
- Gérer, vérifier, équilibrer la caisse et préparer les dépôts.

Gagner des commissions en aidant les clients avec leurs besoins en matière de stockage.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience en vente au détail, hôtellerie, service client ou restauration occasionnelle.
- Excellentes compétences en service client.
- Souci du détail avec de solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps.
- Disposition à travailler à l'extérieur, à nettoyer les unités et à entretenir les lieux.
- Permis de conduire valide, véhicule/assurance requis (indemnité kilométrique ).
- Transport fiable pour se rendre au travail et pendant les heures de travail.
- Compétences informatiques de base et capacité physique à effectuer le travail (lever jusqu'à 50 livres, se déplacer, monter/descendre, travailler en hauteur, circuler sur la propriété, etc.).
