**DUTIES**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons
- Interact with patrons, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or patron’s preferences
- Check patrons' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Upsell additional drinks and food items to increase revenue
- Handle cash transactions, operate cash registers, and manage bar tabs
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, glassware, and garnishes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Remain professional and courteous at all times

**EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as a bartender for a **minimum of 2 years **required
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail mixing techniques (classic and modern)
- Knowledge of alcohol tastes and pairings
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service for clientele
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ability to handle food items
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
