Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Construction: Construct and install custom outdoor structures, including decks, fences, outdoor stairs, and other landscape features, following company designs and standards.

Material Preparation: Select, measure, cut, and prepare wood and other materials with precision to ensure project integrity and appearance.

Blueprint Interpretation: Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.

Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and address any issues to ensure project satisfaction.

Maintenance and Repair: Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing outdoor structures as required.
- Collaboration with Team Members: Work closely with landscapers, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive project outcomes.

Customer Service: Communicate with clients professionally, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction with project progress and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of professional carpentry experience, ideally with a focus on outdoor structures and landscaping.

Education: Relevant certification or technical training in carpentry or related field is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of woodwork and construction materials.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Skilled in measurement and calculation to ensure precise cuts and angles.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed.

Attention to Detail: Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship with an eye for detail and finish.
