**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
- Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
- Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
- Assisting with assembly and installation as required
- Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in painting & finishing within the millwork industry
- Ability to develop & maintain relationships with production team
- An understanding of millwork processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, driven self-starter
- Thrive in a fast paced environment, flexible to changing requirements as the business develops
- Motivated by success and achieving company targets
