JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Banking Management to lead our Cash Management Services Operations teams. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operational performance meets or exceeds established industry, regulatory, and company standards, and our operations functions stays on the cutting edge of technology implementations. You will oversee functional teams including Bank Deposit Sweep Operations, Wire Transfer, Check Processing, and EFT in/out processing and be responsible for the development and training of those teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and manage the Cash Management Services Operations teams, ensuring excellence in service, innovation, and professionalism.
- Oversee complex, exception-based deliverables and processes to ensure quality control, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Vice President to implement new technology solutions and processes that enhance service delivery, improve timeliness, and reduce costs. Provide guidance and feedback to managers on these initiatives.
- Lead strategic problem-solving initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion innovative approaches and methodologies to enhance processes and deliver impactful results.
- Take ownership of key projects, providing vision and direction to ensure successful execution and accountability.
- Strategically resource-manage through coordinating and delegating responsibilities to direct team, ensuring adherence to prescribed regulations and established policies and procedures.
- Provide training, coaching, and development for team members, fostering a culture of teamwork.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; or high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the securities, banking, or technology sectors, specifically within cash management operations.
- Extensive experience in project management, vendor management, analysis, and risk control.
- Proven leadership experience, both direct and indirect, for a minimum of 7 years.
- Strong adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments and ability to navigate technological advancements.
- Demonstrated capability to support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on procedural enhancements.
- Excellent critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
