- **You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people.**

- **You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).**

- **Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well and what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you are behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results.**

- **You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers but still important.**

- **You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to your own high standards.**

- **You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life-changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.**

Specialist Position Description:
- Time
- You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, as a Full Timer you will have targets you want to hit
- You will also be expected to be available to communicate through slack 8:30 am-5 pm PST daily.
- Altogether this is a full-time, 30-40 hours/wk position.
- This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
- You may request off anytime with advanced notice.

Setter Levels
- L1 - Junior setter - Base with $150 per closed set - Upgrade when you collect more than 75k in a month and 3 months with the company
- L2 - associate setter - Base with $200 per closed set - upgrade when you collect more than 150k in a month and 6 months with the company
- L3 - senior setter - next in line for Closer
- L4 - Closer

Compensation
- Base + Commission
- $1000 Base - Contingent on collected 25k cash OR 20 hours (month) of on-call activity
- $150-200 Per closed set as long as cash collected is over $1000 on the sale
- 30-day Clawbacks
- Monthly bonuses ranging between $250 - $2000

- Expected Earnings:
- 25 closed sets
- $150 + Base = 4750/m = $57,000/yr USD at L1
- 45,000/yr expected min earnings.
- This is the minimum based on your KPI ** you have the potential to earn far more with more sets OR higher quality sets.

**Outcomes // KPIs**:
- 100k in NEW cash collected monthly (minimum).
- This is 25 closed sets - avg cash collected being 4k per sale
- Based on a 25% closing ratio, this means you’ll approximately need to be generating 100 booked sets per month.
- You will be expected to generate 100 calls per month (approx 5 / day) through organic & outbound marketing methods such as:
- Calling leads who opted into the webinar
- Calling buyer leads
- Following up with past inbound bookings
- Following up with inbound leads who booked and no-showed
- Reaching out to our customer lists
- 20% minimum “live call” closing ratio
- You will be expected to set appointments that close at a 20% closing ratio or more (meaning the closer is closing 1 out of 5 of your set appointments, minimum)
- You will also be expected to follow up prior to the appointment to assure that the appointment shows up.
- Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
- In addition to driving NEW revenue, you will have a mínimal amount of team & administrative tasks.
- Morning Huddles:
- Attend team meetings via zoom, 8:30 am PST Mon, Wed,and Fri.
- Know your numbers at the beginning of every meeting (actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on pace)
- Be proactive with asking questions and getting help with what you’re experiencing on the calls and any reason why you aren’t hitting your numbers.
- End of day:
Make sure all deals are in the right stage
- All of today’s deals have notes
- Follow-up tasks are created for all of today’s deals (that could potentially be a fit)
