**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Recevoir les expéditions, vérifier les marchandises, remplir des documents précis et détaillés et saisir les matériaux dans le logiciel d'inventaire.
- Informer la ou les personnes concernées de la réception du stock.
- Assurer la liaison avec l'équipe de la comptabilité de façon régulière afin de s'assurer que les bordereaux d'expédition et les factures sont reçus, et que les autorisations de retour d'article sont traitées avec précision et complétées efficacement.
- Expédier le stock vers d'autres succursales et sites clients, selon les besoins.
- Travailler avec les équipes de gestion de projet et d'achat pour s'assurer que toutes les commandes de projet sont complètes pour la mise en place.
- Préparer le matériel pour le ramassage par les techniciens, l'installation des projets et la livraison aux sites des clients.
- Contrôler la consommation des articles consommables et maintenir les stocks.
- Maintenir des connaissances à jour sur les produits, les informations du catalogue, les numéros de pièces et les stocks d'exploitation nécessaires.
- Travailler avec le responsable du parc automobile pour s'assurer que tous les véhicules des techniciens sont propres et que les conditions de fonctionnement sont sûres.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Expérience dans un rôle d'expédition/réception, de gestion des stocks ou de logistique, de préférence dans l'industrie de la sécurité ou de la technologie.
- Une formation postsecondaire serait considérée comme un atout ; un diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent est un minimum.
- Solides connaissances en informatique, y compris une connaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de suivi des stocks.
- Expérience de la préparation de lettres de transport, de connaissements et d'expéditions internationales.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe et de façon autonome.
- Excellentes aptitudes à l'organisation, à la gestion du temps et à l'établissement de priorités pour travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale.
- Attitude d'équipe positive et forte éthique de travail.
- Capacité physique à soulever des charges lourdes de manière répétitive et connaissance des méthodes de levage sûres.
- Haut niveau d'intégrité et de responsabilité, ainsi que la capacité de passer une vérification du casier judiciaire.
- Permis de conduire du Québec en cours de validité avec un dossier vierge.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receive shipments, verify goods, complete accurate and detailed paperwork, and enter materials into inventory software
- Advise appropriate person(s) when stock has been received
- Liaise with the Accounting team on a regular basis to ensure packing slips and invoices are received, and that RMAs are accurately processed and completed efficiently
- Ship stock to other branch offices and customer sites as required
- Work with the Project Management and Purchasing teams to ensure all project orders are complete for staging
- Stage materials for technician pick-up, project installation, and delivery to customer sites
- Monitor consumption of consumable items and maintain stock items
- Maintain current knowledge about products, catalog information, part numbers, and required operating stocks
- Work with the Fleet Manager to ensure all technician vehicles are kept clean and safe operating conditions are maintained

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in a Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, or Logistics role, preferably in the security or technology industry
- Post-secondary education would be considered an asset; High School Diploma or equivalent at a minimum
- Strong computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and inventory tracking software
- Experience with waybill preparation, bills of lading, and international shipments
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
- First-rate organizational, time management, and prioritization skills for working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive team attitude and strong work ethic
- Physical ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting, and knowledge of safe lifting methods
- High level of integrity and accountability, along with ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
- Valid Quebec Driver’s License with clean abstract
