Salon Receptionist

We are looking for a salon receptionist with open flexible availability to join our team with Volum Studio + Spa

(M-F: 9AM-9PM, SAT: 9AM-6PM, SUN: 11AM-5PM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing duties
- Booking and Answering multi-line phone
- Balancing cash system
- Courteous customer communication
- Handle client inquiries and issues
- Retail sale experience

Skills required
- Strong customer service experience, both in in-person relations and a strong skill in customer service over the phone
- Exudes professional attitude and fashionable image
- Team player and can work independently
- Problem solving skills
- Ablilty to handle challenging situations
- Leadership skills
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality

Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waterloo, ON N2L 5W6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
