Responsibilities & Expectations
- Good understanding of System Cyber Security Certification & Accreditation processes, cyber security products, safeguards and best practices, and cyber security risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to Identify threats to and vulnerabilities of IT infrastructure (server, workspace, mobility, network, firewall, etc.)
- Comfortable performing penetration testing, threat risk assessments and privacy impact analysis.
- Comfortable working on and developing security reports in various areas such as: Data Security Analysis, Concepts of Operation, Statements of Sensitivity (SoS), Threat Risk Assessments, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Non-Technical Vulnerability Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments and Risk Briefings.
- Define and document security requirements for infrastructure and data governance.
- Good understanding of various operating systems such as: Microsoft Windows, RedHat Linux, Mac OSX, etc.
- Good understanding of various database platforms such as: MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, GCP, Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL, etc.

Mandatories
- Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- 2-3 years of experience conducting TRA and VA for Cyber Security projects

Assets
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certification
- CCNA or equivalent networking skills
- Experience with scripting languages such as: Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, Groovy, Perl, Lua, Bash, PowerShell, R, VBA, Emacs Lisp, GML, etc.
