**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Job Summary**:
**LIST OF RESPONSBILITIES**
- Invoicing
- Processing payment
- Working with accounting when customer is over available credit limit
- Process returns/ credits
- Assembling delivery paperwork
- Sorting/ Filing delivery paperwork
- Communicating information regarding delivery with customers
- Making sure all delivery information is accurate (address, site contact, delivery charge)
- Assist with determining truck drop orders
- Data entry (occasionally)
- Other duties as assigned

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- High attention to detail
- Ability to Prioritize and multi-tasking
- Highly organized
- Good communication skills
- Competent computer literacy

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Waterdown, ON L8B 1H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
