**Merchandising Supervisor**

Job Duties:
- Develop and implement visual merchandise standards, policies and procedures of all assigned stores- Implement floor set package designs that complement new merchandising strategies- Handle inventory and display of merchandise in store- Maintain records of planogram changes- Some ordering/purchasing may be required- Monitor and ensure store compliance to merchandising planogram- Train stores on merchandising techniques and strategies

**Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision- Daily access to a reliable vehicle to visit stores- Strong attention to detail. Cutting corners is not something you are comfortable with.- Reasonable knowledge of Outlook and Excel- Strong interpersonal skills - the role will involve interacting with customers, store staff (including managers) and head office category managers.- Ability to move products and shelves on a daily basis.
