Position Summary
As Production Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and production of Threads of Time. You will be responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of developers, artists, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, engaging video game experiences.

You’ll be working on Threads of Time, a 2.5D JRPG inspired by Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy where you get to travel from the pre-historic era to the end of time

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the game development team, including producers, designers, artists, and programmers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Define project goals, scope, and schedules, and establish clear milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative leads to develop and refine game concepts, mechanics, and features.
- Oversee the production pipeline and ensure that workflows are efficient and optimized for productivity.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality games.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, and promote professional growth and development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, publishers, and external partners, to provide project updates and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

**Requirements**:

- Has successfully shipped 3 titles on multiple platforms in a production role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience managing large-scale projects from concept to release.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Passion for video games and a strong understanding of industry trends, player preferences, and market dynamics.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in Unreal Engine
- A resident of Ontario or Quebec, Canada, or willing to move here

**Salary**: $110,000 - $130,000 CAD
